What makes GreenPan cookware different from traditional nonstick?
GreenPan uses Thermolon, a healthy ceramic nonstick coating derived from sand. Unlike traditional coatings, it is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, and it won't release toxic fumes even if accidentally overheated.
Is GreenPan cookware dishwasher safe?
While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and soapy water to preserve the nonstick properties and the beauty of the finish for years to come.
Can I use metal utensils on my ceramic pans?
To ensure the longevity of your cookware, we recommend using silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils. While some of our advanced collections are metal utensil safe, avoiding sharp edges helps prevent minor surface scratches.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do your pans work on induction stovetops?
Many of our collections feature Magneto induction technology, which provides excellent base stability and induction efficiency. Please check the product specifications on each item page to confirm induction compatibility.
