At GreenPan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your healthy ceramic nonstick cookware. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your cookware back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
